I have nothing but great things to say about Acculevel. Every employee I interacted with was on top of their game. Work was done without a wait list (important when dealing with water in the house) and completed in half the time estimated.
What particularly stands out is when I needed a service call post- work completion. I still had water despite Acculevel’s efforts. Two gentlemen drove from central state to northern state just to follow up. Not only did the water have nothing to do with Acculevel’s work, they were able to identify an interior leak that two plumber companies and my home insurance adjuster could not find. AND they identified an electrical issue. Of course not good news for the homeowner, but at least with their help, I finally knew what needed to be done.
