
The process begins with an introductory call from a Project Advisor to learn more about your issue and what tools and timeline will be required to adequately inspect it

On the day of your appointment, the Project Advisor will call you when they are on the way to your location to give you a firm time of arrival. They will arrive in an Acculevel branded vehicle, ready and prepared to investigate your issue.

The Project Advisor will arrive and introduce themselves, before asking you to show them any areas of concern, both inside and outside the home. A thorough investigation is then conducted.

The Project Advisor will sit down with you discuss the findings of the inspection, answering any and all questions you may have. They will present a detailed plan and estimate to permanently remedy any issues.
