Weston Pease

Weston Pease brings a diverse and hands-on background to Acculevel, with experience spanning agriculture, outdoor recreation, environmental work, and creative media. He has worked as a farm hand, a kayak shop sales representative, and a Fish Technician with the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources. Weston has also served as an agricultural drone pilot for Elevation Aerial Applications and has experience in photography and videography, blending technical skill with creativity.

Weston’s primary goal at Acculevel is to be a sponge—absorbing and learning as much as he can to become a key contributor to the team. He is motivated to grow alongside the company, continuously develop his skills, and scale his role as Acculevel continues to expand.

Weston is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. In his free time, he can almost always be found outdoors. He is also deeply committed to personal growth, with a strong focus on his faith, fitness, and relationships.
