Kainoa, known as Kai, is originally from the small town of Polo, Illinois. He moved to Peoria when his wife attended Bradley University, and they’ve made it their home ever since. He is a proud new father to a 9-month-old son, and family is at the center of his life. His wife is a dedicated first-grade teacher, and together they enjoy raising their young family in the Peoria community.
As a Project Advisor, Kai’s primary goal is to educate homeowners about their foundation issues and work collaboratively to find solutions that align with their needs and priorities. He takes pride in helping customers restore the safety and stability of their homes with confidence and peace of mind.
In his free time, Kai enjoys playing golf and is a season ticket holder for Bradley Braves men’s basketball, a tradition he and his family love being part of.
