Justin was born and raised in Maumee, Ohio, and proudly, though sometimes regretfully, grew up a die-hard Cleveland sports fan. He’s a devoted father to three wonderful toddlers who keep him up to date on the latest trends, from Bluey, Blippi, and Cocomelon to YouTube videos of random objects being squashed for no reason.
He brings a professional background in sales leadership, business development, and project management across multiple industries. Justin is a firm believer that dreams never die, they simply fall asleep until the right spark brings them back to life.

For Justin, family is the most important gift in life. Most of his free time is spent clowning around with his kids. As a family, they enjoy Toledo Mud Hens and Cleveland Guardians games, family dance-offs on YouTube, and getting into good-hearted mischief around town, whether it's visiting the Toledo Zoo, exploring children's science museums, or spending time at the park.
