John-Paul has always been a fun-loving goofball who strives to make everyone around him feel welcome and at ease. While attending Berea College, he double-majored in philosophy and physics, which shaped both his analytical mindset and curiosity. Before graduating, he was recruited to join a sales team at a security company, where he quickly found success. After spending a year in software sales, he returned to the security firm to manage a team before eventually joining Acculevel. Throughout his career, John-Paul has been guided by one core principle: he must fully believe in the effectiveness of the solutions he offers in order to confidently solve his customers' problems.
At Acculevel, John-Paul’s mission is to fanatically improve the lives of his customers, teammates, and family members by going the extra mile—always with integrity.
Outside of work, John-Paul is a proud husband to the most beautiful wife in the world and a dedicated father to three children under the age of four. He loves to cook and constantly challenges himself with new cuisines, whether it’s homemade pasta or a flavorful tikka masala. He enjoys taking his family camping, watching professional baseball, and diving into history—especially through primary sources like biographies.
