Purdue University - BS Construction Management and Engineering Technologies, Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering

Jason's entire career has been in and around all things residential construction. From high school, all the way through college, Jason worked for a small remodeling contractor specializing in vintage construction, doing everything from full kitchens to repainting an entire Victorian cottage. After college, he started his own renovation company, but soon found the need to pivot due to the financial crisis. Jason then spent roughly a decade in the high value insurance appraisal business, where he developed replacement costs for homes valued in the $500,000-$10 million range. With a financial crisis well in the rearview mirror, Jason pivoted back to his first love, which was working directly with homeowners, this time in the world of foundation repair and waterproofing.
"I strive to bring my 2 plus decades worth of construction knowledge into every home I enter. I want to be able to provide a homeowner with not only the best repair options possible, but also be able to fully explain why the issue happened in the first place".
Jason currently lives in Cedar Lake, Indiana with his wife, April and two kids, Danny and Maizy. The family enjoys travel, mostly focusing on providing experiences for the kids. They enjoy a yearly tradition of going to Holiday World in southern Indiana and you can find them boating on the lake during most weekends in the summer. Of course, they still find time to spend some weekends in Southwest Michigan, their favorite local getaway.
