(1) Professional initial evaluation. Your engineer/rep was extremely informative and patient with my questions. He walked me thru all his evaluation steps and answered my questions honestly and candidly.
(2) Your installation crew was very timely, efficient, and hard working. I haven’t seen folks work like that in quite awhile!
(3) Acculevel responded VERY RAPIDLY when I reported water leakage thru several of the retaining rod holes in the basement wall. Your crew,once again, answered all my questions and were quite patient. You folks are approx 3.5 hrs from my location and I was impressed with your reaction time
(4) We are coming on six months since the installation. As near as I can tell, so far, so good as far as foundation stabilization.
– Experiencing a small leak on another retaining rod hole. ALL the others (Including the ones you repaired) are leak free.
– My ONLY issue, and I’m sure it will seem quite TRIVIAL to you, is the manner/style/optics of the way you folks issue your guarantee. I’m an Old Guy and I am used to getting something a bit more SUBSTANTIAL after spending 10K
