An experienced Acculevel project manager will arrive at the property and perform a full inspection of any of the reported symptoms. Measurements, drawings and other details such as photographs may be taken. A contract outlining the proposed work will be provided.
So that the wall anchors can be properly installed, the basement walls need to be completely free of debris or obstructions. Any HVAC or other equipment will need to be removed from the work area prior to installation.
Holes are bored into the wall so that plates can be installed. The plates are used to secure and attach the steel beams which provide lateral force for stabilizing bowed and/or cracked walls.
The plates are bolted down tight to prevent further bowing and cracking of the wall. The entire work area is cleaned up and put back into it's original state.
If you think you may need Wall-Anchors, it is possible you are experiencing some or all of the following symptoms. If you are not, these symptoms may appear over time if left untreated. It is not uncommon that a homeowner is requiring several services at once and may have symptoms that are inconsistent with the following graphic.
