Client Support Representative – Rossville, IN | Full-Time | Hourly

We are looking for an additional Client Support Representative to help serve our customers as our company grows.  You’ll be working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment as a valued part of a team that improves people’s lives.

Responsibilities Include

Customer Service: answer questions, schedule estimate appointments, screen calls for service or installation.

Supporting Sales: provide documents and information, upload contracts and reports, identify & gather common questions or problems from clients so we can solve as a team.

Acculevel is looking for a highly motivated, experienced project manager to join our team. In this position, you’ll establish relationships with homeowners, realtors, and inspectors across the state. You’ll be climbing into crawlspaces and investigating concerns around homes to sell our home solutions that range from $800 per job to $40,000+. There are incoming leads, but you’ll have to drum up new business too. If you’re a sales associate master, there may not be a better opportunity anywhere!

Must Haves

  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • A strong desire to make a large income, be motivated by big commissions and a constant drive to meet your own financial goals.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, including B2C sales, and a proven track record of relationship building, prospecting, pitching, question based sales style, utilizing references, acquiring and converting referrals, pipeline management, follow up, asking for the sale, lead conversion, and preventing buyer’s remorse.

  • Personal Growth: A proven habit of reading business books, sales books, listening to motivational tapes and following blogs designed to help you sharpen your skills every day.
