Michelle is from a small town in Indiana, before relocating to the Indianapolis area. She began her career in the construction industry, developing customer and project success management programs. She joined Acculevel in 2025 and has overseen the installation of a new call center facility, while growing the team and improving results.

Outside of work, Michelle has two beautiful daughters she loves spending time with. A fitness guru and power lifter, she trains strength classes on the side. She also enjoys a spirited game of tennis or pickleball and traveling.
