The No Water System®
For most jobs, the patented No Water System® does the best job of keeping basements dry. The No Water System® interior basement waterproofing system is the best permanent solution to repair wet, leaky, or flooded basements for homeowners. Unlike other waterproofing systems, it will not clog, and it provides a non-intrusive way to keep your basement dry. The No Water System® features a lifetime transferable warranty, providing the peace of mind you need.
How does it work?
The No Water System® consists of 1. The Bullet Track® and 2. The Footing Gutter™. The Bullet Track® rushes water from the wall-footing joint below the basement floor and drops it into the Footing Gutter. At the same time, the Footing Gutter skims the clean water from below the basement floor, leaving all sediments behind. Clean water is then collected in the Dual Pump Pack® basin and discharged to a safe distance away from your home. This protects your home and makes The No Water System® the only system on the market using both a containment and diversion process.
Keep your home safe and dry
Leaking basements can cause a lot of problems, and make your life very difficult. From damaged property, to dangerous mold and mildew, when water enters into your basement or crawlspace it can cause thousands of dollars in repairs and an adverse environment for the health of your family.
Leaking basements lead to basement flooding. Flooding happens during heavy rains or snow as the soil around your foundation becomes saturated with water, and creeps in through breeches in the concrete of your home’s foundation. As soils expand and contract, it creates fractures in the concrete, allowing moisture to enter. Once this happens, it is very difficult to keep the space under your house dry and free of mildew and mold without the installation of a waterproofing system.
There are 3 Primary ways water can get into your home
There are 3 Secondary ways water can get into your home
All of our waterproofing systems drain into the Wayne Sump Pump System which includes safeguards against power outages and pump failures. It is extremely important to have a second battery operated pump in the sump liner in case of mechanical or power failure. The Wayne series of battery backups are dependable, flexible, and high quality.
A/C Backup Sump Pump
The A/C Back-up sump pump system comes equipped with a 1/2 horsepower Wayne pump, which has the pumping capacity of an amazing 4200 gallons of water per hour. With its airtight lid, bugs, odors, or radon gas cannot escape into the basement or crawlspace. Its perforated liner drains water directly from underneath your basement floor. A/C Backup also comes standard with a high water alarm to alert you in the event of a failure, leaving you adequate time to service your sump pump before your basement floods.
D/C Backup Sump Pump
The D/C Backup sump pump system comes standard with all of the remarkable features of the A/C Backup system plus one big improvement. In the event that you may experience power outage or the primary pump should fail, D/C Backup will pump an incredible 3300 gallons of water per hour. And it comes complete with a battery and alarm to alert you that the battery backup is functioning.
Heavy Duty Sump Pump
here are only three reasons you would have water in your basement as a result of sump pump failure: the primary pump can’t keep up with the water volume, the primary pump fails, or there is a power outage. Heavy Duty addresses all three scenarios. It has the features and benefits of the D/C Backup system, and also includes a secondary 1/2 horsepower sump pump to aid the primary pump in the event of failure. If you’re looking for complete peace of mind and a permanently dry basement, the Heavy Duty system is for you!
